What to do in the event of an incident
- Keep calm
- Stay at home and look after your family and those close to you
- Only call emergency numbers in an emergency and avoid making unnecessary calls (Risk of network overload)

In the event of a power cut
- Switch off all mains-powered appliances. Once the power has returned, switch the appliances back on one by one to avoid overloading the mains supply.

- In winter, wear warm clothing in case the heating fails.
